Welcome

Founded in April 1999, the Tallahassee Volunteer Fire Protection (TVFP) is a volunteer fire department which serves Northwest Fremont County, Colorado, and specializes in wildland and urban interface fire fighting. TVFP is recognized across Fremont County and the state of Colorado as a top-notch rural fire department! We are supported by contributions from land owners and residents in our service area.  See the "Membership" section under "About Us" for details.

 

Report A Fire

To report a fire in the TVFP service area, please call 719-275-3058. Please be prepared to give as exact a location as you can.

8/10/2010 - The Board of Commissioners have lifted the Fire Ban in unincorporated areas of Fremont County. For more information, see the Fremont County Website.
